As we move from the frontline positions into leadership we know we need to learn some skills and grow, but we often don't know is what and how.
This course will help you understand what the core 5 competencies are that you need to focus on. You'll be able to complete a self-assessment to understand where you think you are. Finally, you'l receive resources to help you develop the competencies.
These competencies come from the research and work of The Leadership Circle.
